ES Builders Group have worked on but are not limited to high rise residential, commercial space, hospitality centers, out of the ground work, schools (especially charter and private schools) just to name of few. Our team includes estimators, architects & engineers come from various backgrounds in the industry and are capable of taking on any of your construction and project management needs. We have a tremendous amount of field experience from the grassroots of this company. Christian Perla
Christian Perla, who also has over 30 years of experience in the field, has been a key figure in the completion of several major buildings in all boroughs of New York City. Mr. Perla has become well-known in the industry for his time and cost-efficiency throughout his career. As principal of ES Builders Group, Mr. Perla is responsible for project estimate. cost control, budget planning, and project scheduling. He also controls the subcontractor procuring and oversees the coordination of trades.
Jordan DeCandia
Jordan DeCandia has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry. which has included a variety of work ranging from public to private sector. As one of the principals of the company, Mr. DeCandia oversees and manages the daily operations of the construction process from estimating and pre-construction work to completion. as well as assists the Design Team and Client to achieve project goals. Mr. DeCandia has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland (’88).
